About Us

David Styles - Managing Director, was the founder of the company in 1999. He has over 35 years experience in IT and Logistics, most of which was spent with IMI where he was responsible for UK Logistics and was also a member of the company’s European logistics development board. David’s people management and operational skills have steered Easyway to becoming a top level service provider in the industry.  
Tim Bittleston - Non Executive Director, joined in 2011 and works in the business to identify new business opportunities and develop services.  With over 30 years experience in the IT services sector, Tim has a wide knowledge of deliverable solutions and is well networked to source people and technology to enhance the Easyway offering. Tim formerly was CEO at GEC New Zealand, GEC Avery UK, Pennine Retail, DigiPos, and Panacea. He has also undertaken many non executive positions including Clarity Commerce, Galleria, Crimson Wing and Lumos Services.  
Kieron Day - Operations Manager, is a highly trained, confident and effective Operations Manager with over 30 years experience in IT, engineering, production, logistics and customer services environments.  A firm believer and practitioner in driving change using Lean continuous improvement and performance monitoring techniques in order to reduce costs to the customer and enhancing Easyway HSEQ standards in line with business strategy.  He joined Easyway in early 2010 from Norgren Ltd where he was site operations manager, running their 64,000 sq ft UK warehouse and special engineering facility. Kieron’s role within Easyway encompasses Workshops, Quality, IT and site services.  
Andrea Doe – Service Delivery Manager, joined Easyway IT Services in 2008 as a Service Delivery Manager. Andrea has over 20 years experience within the IT Industry, and has gained various professional qualifications during this time to include PRINCE 2 Practitioner, ITIL and ICS Accreditations. Andrea has led the implementation of IT Services to many businesses with multi million pound budgets on time and within budget. Andrea’s strong commitment to Customer Services has seen Easyway grow existing Customer Accounts using her knowledge and expertise in developing action plans for Service improvements.  

Mike Norman - Technical Director, joined Easyway in 2005 and has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, initally in hardware/software support and in excess of 7 years experience in developing custom web apps in Php/MySql. Mike and his team develop and manage our custom software solutions that provide vital Management Information for both internal and external sources. Working closely with Easyway's management team and our customers, systems are developed to give clarity to our core business.

 
Kevin Read - Commercial & Logistics Manager, joined Easyway in 2008.  Kevin's role within the business is to assist with the identification and development of new business opportunities, effectively market the Company, and the day to day management of the Warehouse and Logistics Services.  Kevin’s strengths in Customer Service, Commercial Awareness, Sales, and Account Management have been gained across a range of sectors, where he has successfully secured and serviced a number of organisations including large Blue Chip Companies.
